January 20th 2016 is National Cheese Day and we are going to celebrate with a day of surf in Ritoque and a wine tasting with cheese.  A certified professional sommelier will provide wine forms for you to help guide you through the tasting.  The wine tasting will look like the following:

1. Chardonnay w/Brie
2. Merlot w/Gouda
3. Cabernet Sauvignon w/Sharp White Cheddar
4. Riesling w/Blue

Also, the trip includes the following:

1. Transportation
2. Surf Classes
3. Surf Equipment (surfboard, wetsuit and booties)
4. Lunch
5. Wine tasting (4 bottles of wine and 4 varieties of cheese)
6. Photos/Videos
